Is the pilot tier really free?
Yes — one real project up to $5M value, unlimited users, full project management and field modules. Production use OK. We make money when you scale.
Why no per-user pricing?
Per-user pricing punishes the thing that makes construction software useful: getting the field to actually use it. We charge by project volume — let everyone in.
What if I cross my tier's project volume?
We notify you. Nothing breaks. You upgrade or we true-up at renewal — no mid-year surprise invoices.
Do you integrate with my accounting system?
Sage, Viewpoint, Foundation, QuickBooks, Yardi, Oracle, NetSuite — out of the box on Growth. Custom GL exports on Enterprise.
Can I import from Procore?
Yes. We import projects, drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, daily logs, and budgets via the Procore API. Migration is part of the onboarding service.
Cloud or self-hosted?
Both, every tier. SwiftCrane Cloud runs in EU + US regions. Self-hosted ships as a single binary; air-gapped install on Enterprise (federal, defense, sovereign).
